Pickled Onions_

Step 1: Ingredients
5 shallots
3/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup cold water
1/4 cup brown sugar 
1 tbsp kosher salt
1 tbsp coriander seeds


Step 2: Peal & cut shallots into quarter size 


 Step 3: Heat vinegar, water, brown sugar & salt. Bring to boil


Step 4: Get the mixture off heat, add shallots


Step 5: Cover & let them cool

 
Step 6: Add coriander seeds 


Pickled onion is ready
