Pumpkin halwa with butternut squash_Festive special


Step 1: ingredient 
Pumpkin 3 cups full
Almond 1/2 cup
Milk 5 cup
Sugar 2 cup
Cardamom 8
Ghee 2 tbsp 
Raisin a bit



Step 2: Soak almonds overnight


Peal the skin and grind into fine paste



Step 3: Peal, desead and grate pumpkin




Step 4: Heat milk and sugar 



Heat up a pot :)


Step 5: Add ghee


Step 6: Add grated pumpkin and cook for 20 min


Step 7: Add almond paste


Step 8: Add milk-sugar kowa and cook for 15 min


This is how awesome it will look 


Take the pot off fire


 Step 9: Sprinkle cardamom powder


 Step 10: Drop in a bit raisins
